The school has enabled Whatsapp access for the ticket system to make logging a ticket easier for all stakeholders.
How to add the Helpdesk and log a ticket.
Create a contact with the number as 053 831 1559 in WhatsApp and save it as a familiar name for IT related queries
Send a message to the contact describing your IT related query and a number will be assigned to your chat.
Please note that the messages are delayed and this platform is not meant to be used as a direct chat with the support agents but nearly a means to log a request for assistance.
